I started in travel in 1984, and went online in 1998 — back when 'booking online' still meant calling the airline. The internet changed everything — except the part I love most, which is helping real people plan trips they'll remember forever.

You can absolutely book a trip on any of the big online travel sites. But you won't get someone who answers the phone when your flight gets cancelled at 11pm. You won't get insider pricing on overwater bungalows. You won't get someone who actually walks the property before recommending it.
