This website is travelinwiththeresa.com, operated by Travelin' with Theresa — a family-owned travel planning service led by Theresa Wilkes, a personal travel advisor since 1984.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the details you send us — typically your name, email, phone number, destination, travel dates, number of travelers, and a short note about the trip. Quote requests are emailed to our agency so we can reply and plan your itinerary.

When you join the Travel Inbox newsletter, we collect your email address and store it so we can send trip ideas and deals. You can ask to be removed at any time.

If you call, text, or email us, we keep the information you share as needed to help with your trip — including messages, itineraries, and booking notes.

Our servers may record technical data such as IP address and the page you used when you submitted a form. We use that only to prevent spam and to understand how the site is used.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit. Google may set cookies and collect usage data according to Google’s own privacy policy.

We do not run a public comment system, and visitors cannot upload images or files to the site.

Embedded content from other websites

Some pages include content hosted elsewhere — for example a YouTube video on the homepage, or photos served from our media library and partner sites. How we use and share your information

We use your information to answer quote requests, book travel, send the newsletter if you signed up, and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information. We share trip details with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other suppliers only as needed to price or book your travel. Email delivery providers send quote confirmations and newsletter messages on our behalf.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to resolve a billing dispute (including emails, itineraries, and phone or text messages related to your booking).

How long we keep your information

Quote and booking records are kept as long as needed to plan, fulfill, and support your trip, and to meet supplier or legal requirements.

Newsletter addresses stay on our list until you unsubscribe. Email tw@twtvacations.com and we will remove you.

Your choices
