Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows are Disney Vacation Club villas on the same campus as Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. The older longhouses hold deluxe studios. Island Tower, on the Grand Floridian side of the resort, added duo studios, deluxe studios, and one- and two-bedroom villas. The bungalows sit over Seven Seas Lagoon.

Villa guests use the Polynesian pools, beach, dining, monorail, and boats. Disney has posted that some areas of the Polynesian are being refurbished through 2026, so daytime construction is possible.

Studios are in the longhouses and in Island Tower. One-bedroom villas are in Island Tower only. The bungalows are separate homes over the lagoon. There is no photo of these villas in our library yet.

Duo Studio is in Island Tower. It is the smallest villa here, built for two.

The villas share the Polynesian grounds. Pools, the beach, dining, the monorail, and the boats are the same ones used by Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.
