Hilton Kyoto is in the Kawaramachi Sanjo district of Nakagyo-ku, in the center of Kyoto. The hotel publishes 313 rooms. Ponto-cho and Gion are a walk away. Kyoto Station is about a 15-minute drive.

The hotel publishes 313 rooms in guest, deluxe, executive, family, and suite categories, plus connecting pairs. Guest rooms are about 40 sqm. Suites run from 80 sqm to 121 sqm. Rooms have a 55-inch TV, a Nespresso machine, and a separate bathroom. Wi-Fi in the room is available for a fee. Ask which category is open for your dates.

Guest rooms

Executive rooms

High-floor rooms, about 40 sqm, in king and twin layouts, including city-view rooms. The King Executive Premium Room is 52 sqm, with a 180 cm by 200 cm bed, and sleeps up to 3. These rooms include the executive lounge on the 9th floor. The lounge is styled after a Kyoto townhouse. Breakfast, light food, and drinks there are included.

Family rooms

40 sqm. The Twin Family Room and the Twin Executive Family Room each have two 120 cm by 200 cm beds and a trundle, 98 cm by 180 cm. Each sleeps up to 3. The executive family room includes the 9th-floor lounge.

  • King Premium Suite, 120 sqm. Top floor, with a living room, dining table, kitchen, and workspace. A 200 cm by 200 cm bed. Up to 2 guests. Executive lounge access is published with this suite.
  • King Kyoto Suite, 121 sqm. A 200 cm by 200 cm bed and a tatami space. Up to 2 guests. Executive lounge access is published with this suite.

Connecting rooms

80 sqm and up. An inner door joins two rooms. Twin beds are 120 cm by 200 cm, and king beds are 180 cm by 200 cm. The hotel publishes a maximum of 5 guests and 28 connecting pairs.

  • Osteria Italiana Seven Embers: Italian dining on the 1st floor, 64 seats, with an open kitchen. Lunch 11:30 am–2:30 pm, last order 2:00 pm. Dinner 5:30–10:00 pm, last order 9:30 pm. Open every day.
  • Lattice Lounge: lounge and bar on the 1st floor, 54 seats, including 8 at the bar. À la carte 8:30 am–midnight, last order 11:30 pm. Afternoon tea is also served.
  • Cloud Nest: a seasonal rooftop bar, 72 seats. Hours change by season, and rain can close it. Ask the hotel what is open on your dates.
  • Room service: breakfast 6:30–10:00 am, all-day dishes 10:00 am–11:00 pm, and drinks 6:30 am–11:00 pm.
